*Currently accepting New Clients - Individuals (Age 13+), Couples, Families
Kyla is excited to work with people who are motivated to understand themselves and eager to find strategies to make their burdens less burdensome. She believes change starts when a person can start to see the big picture and recognize that the positive impact of change out weighs the initial discomfort of choosing a new path.
Kyla is very supportive and experienced in helping people navigating the following experiences and diagnoses: victims of violence, generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, ADHD, disabilities/medical therapy, bipolarity, adoption, identity journey, immigration, BIPOC experiences, and grief and loss.
Her therapeutic approach draws from experiential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), collaborative therapy, psychoeducation, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices. She takes a systemic and holistic perspective, helping clients strengthen their relationship with themselves, build healthy and meaningful relationships with others, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience
It is her goal to create a safe, trusting space where you can unburden yourself and truly feel heard.
